- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned
- Items received as part of a promotional bundle must be returned as a complete set

Receive Your Label
We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
Ship It Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange products for a different shade or variant. To exchange an item, follow the same return process above and note the desired replacement in your request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
